Obama Says U.S., China Agree to Curb Hacking

U.S. President Barack Obama and Chinese President Xi Jinping speak at a joint news conference in Washington about the leaders' discussions on trade, climate change, human rights and cyber security. The U.S. and China announced agreement on broad anti-hacking principles aimed at stopping the theft of corporate trade secrets though Obama pointedly said he has not ruled out invoking sanctions for violators.
